Industry opportunities
There is a career behind every part of a show.
Every festival a young person has been to was built by hundreds of people. Almost none of them were on the stage, and all of them got paid.
The jobs
Hundreds of them, and school mentions none.

Grassroots talent
Something real to work towards.
We are always looking for emerging DJs and artists to bring into festivals and events for under 18s. A slot on a real bill is worth more than any certificate, and it is the thing that turns a hobby into an ambition.
Learn, develop, qualify, gain experience, perform, build connections, progress. Each of those is a step we can actually put in front of someone rather than describe.

Experience that goes on a CV.
We can source work placements within the industry, including for undergraduates, and place young people into real production environments where the work is genuine rather than made up for the sake of a form.
