Bolton Council, Bolton Library.
Commissioned by Bolton Council and delivered at Bolton Library: two sessions a week across five weeks, ten in total. We brought the full mobile setup in and out each time, so the library kept running around us.
What we deliver
Four shapes of work.
Mobile taster workshops
We bring the kit to a library, hall, community centre or day room. Everyone hands on within minutes. You provide a table and a plug socket.
Multi week programmes
Youth services, holiday activity funding, community engagement. Structured across several weeks with progression built in.
Studio based
Bring the group to Great Harwood, Bolton or Preston. A real studio tends to land harder as a one off.
New areas
If there is enough demand somewhere, talk to us about trialling a local studio or programme there.

From enquiry to report.
Conversation first
Your group, your outcomes, your budget, before we quote anything. If another provider fits better we will say so.
Written proposal
Session plan, staffing, equipment, costs and outcomes, in a form you can forward to a budget holder.
Paperwork exchanged
DBS, insurance, risk assessment and safeguarding policy, ahead of the first session.
Delivery
We set up and pack down around you, so the building carries on working between sessions.
Report back
Attendance, participant feedback and a written summary for your records and funding reports.
